Women’s fashion – What to wear

Sometimes you’ll find it pretty easy to choose what to wear for a date, but, at other times, nothing will seem right or appropriate. What you need is to be given a general idea as to what in women’s fashion works for which event and what ultimately works well together. Here are a few ideas to help you along:

If you’ve been invited out for an evening of dancing, it stands to reason you will be looking for something flowing or floaty in women’s fashion. A silk skirt or dress is the perfect option dressed up with a clutch, kitten heels and delicate jewellery. For a more flirtatious feel, coordinate your outfit with your accessories in colour and style. Opt for a dress or top that enhances the bust line in a sexy but demure outline.

If you’ve been invited to a pool party, an outfit in women’s fashion that has a nautical, beachy feel is a great idea. This look can feature rope belts, straw bags, tie-print t-shirt dresses or a romper that will make you look like butter wouldn’t melt. Team these outfits with beaded or jewelled flats and jewellery with a similar feel or design

Women’s accessories – Go back to school with satchels

Satchels are simple and streamlined; just right for the fashion conscious woman who is seeking women’s accessories she can use and abuse. These handbags are the latest in everything cool and overtakes its predecessor as the hot accessory to have.

The satchel on the High Street is a hybrid – a cross between the satchel and the kind of bag your granny used to carry around with her. For all women who love their women’s accessories to be practical, these satchels fit the bill. They possess a long strap for wearing the bag across the body but also a small handle on the top for the less lazy amongst us.

It’s interior is large to ensure that you can fit in everything you need which can be a bit of problem with a lot of fashion bags. To get your hands on one of these luxurious women’s accessories keep an eye out for their double handles, clean lines and softly structured shape. They take away the need to change your bag to match with your outfit; these bags are great dressed down with jeans as equally well as something more formal.

Some Common Mens Fashion Sense to help You Look Slimmer

No matter what your build or frame type, there are always some great mens fashion tips to help you correct whatever flaws that have befallen you. This is no less the truth for those of us who are a bit overweight.

One mens fashion tip that seems to ring true across all manners of is to stay from loose shapes. Draping pieces hide a let less than the highlight.

Try to make your legs look larger to avoid magnifying the short, rounded look. Wear flat-front trousers instead of ones tricked out with extra pockets, front pleats, and any extra tightness

The more even and similar colours will make you look much slimmer. Black isn’t everyone’s favourite colour, but you’ll be amazed at what it does for your shape.

Don’t wear blocks of colour that draw attention to areas you’re not into. If you have a large stomach and you’d rather not have anyone looking right at your middle, stay away from bright dress shirts.

Try not to have any dramatic colour changes at your waist, such as a light shirt paired with a pair of dark pants.

Simple, but effective, these mens fashion tips can help slim a man’s appearance.

The Batty Chatty Lottery Lexicon! (Part Three M-Z)
Concluding the acronyms used when conversing in Bingo chat rooms (and more generally on the Internet) we come to “NMH” Nor Much Here. Used perhaps when things are quiet in a chat room, or there are no Bingo Games starting yet. More forceful, if not downright rude, is “NOYB” None Of Your Business!
I’m sure most of us are familiar with “OMG” Oh My Gosh, when surprised by something, but I didn’t realise that “OT” stood for Off Topic. For example when someone is chatting on a matter unrelated to Bingo, or to the name of the thread or subject heading. “PLZ” and “THX” are commonly used expressions for please and thanks, while even my Mum knew this one- “SWALK” Sealed With A Loving Kiss… often used at the end of letters, or when signing off to a good friend in a Bingo chat room. Other ways of signing off are “TTFN” and “TTYL” Ta Ta For Now and Talk To You Later.
One I see a lot of in lively Bingo chat rooms is “WTG!” Way To Go! A congratulatory expression giving encouragement, support or admiration for someone. Less complimentary is “TWOT” standing for Total Waste of Time!
And because I haven’t yet come across any acronyms beginning with the letter Z I have to end with the very short and very obvious “Y”. Why I hear you ask? Y indeed!
It’s interesting the way some of these expressions are actually finding their way into spoken English, and not restricted to the keyboard/keypad medium. I’m sure I heard someone referring to a work colleague as a “TWOT” (see above), and I definitely heard two excitable girls at a bus stop laughing and saying ) O, M, G!! instead of Oh My God! I wonder if eventually we’ll further trim back our language so that we need only converse in grunts, or maybe even numbers! That would be a shame as our language is rich and various. But one can understand why, if time is short for typing or reading, acronyms are a good thing. For my part, I tend to use them (and save them) in my mobile phone handset, because they are easier to use and take less key strokes. That’s important when you have big clumsy fingers like mine, and when they make the keypads too small!
Well enough from me, good luck in your next Bingo Game, and hopefully you’ve found some acronyms (well, the nicer ones!) that you’ll want to use when you’re next online and chatting away in a Bingo chat room.

Compact Digital Cameras – from budget to top of the range.
There must be a wider selection of compact digital cameras in the market place than any other type of camera. Compact digital cameras can also vary wildly in price. Prices start from around ?55 and can go into several hundreds of pounds. So what should you look for? Well if quality is an issue for you it would be best to look for one of the compact digital cameras that have larger sensors within them. Larger sensors produce less digital image noise within the photographs and this aids quality.
All compact digital cameras have an LCD screen at the rear where the photographer can compose the image, select menu items on the camera and review the shots that have just been taken. Some compact digital cameras, especially the top of the range models, will have the option to attach either an optical viewfinder or an electronic viewfinder. This is usually fitted to an accessory shoe on the cameras top plate. Many compact digital cameras, even at the budget end, now allow the photographer to shoot high definition video, some even allow this to be shot in full 1080p HD with stereo sound.
Budget compact digital cameras will be more basic and will tend to be more automatic in operation. They will have some scene modes but not as many as the more expensive compact digital cameras. Virtually all compact digital cameras now stored images and high definition video on SDHC memory cards.
